在推出天氣保險(xiǎn)(weather insurance)、世界杯保險(xiǎn)(World Cup insurance)以及賞月險(xiǎn)(insurance policy for full moon gazing)之后,國(guó)內(nèi)的兩家保險(xiǎn)公司最近把目光投向了貓狗等寵物,推出了寵物保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品(pet insurance policy)。
其中一個(gè)產(chǎn)品為綜合保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品,涵蓋寵物醫(yī)療費(fèi)用(pet's medical costs)、第三方責(zé)任保險(xiǎn)(third-party liability insurance)、寵物丟失后的廣告費(fèi)用(the advertising fee for searching for a lost animal),以及寵物死亡后的補(bǔ)償(allowance for a pet’s death)。
據(jù)悉,保險(xiǎn)公司采用先進(jìn)的DNA身份認(rèn)定技術(shù)(DNA identification technology)來(lái)認(rèn)證寵物身份,因此未在公安機(jī)關(guān)登記的寵物也可以上保險(xiǎn)。
